Register with your NHS login to place your repeat prescription order, we’ll take it from there!
Your order will be automatically sent to your GP, who will check and approve your prescription before it is sent to the pharmacy.

You can sign up to the Rowlans Pharmacy app via NHS login. This will securely connect your app to your NHS record, meaning your information is kept safe and secure at all times.
If you haven’t already, create your NHS account using your email or phone number.
If you are over 16, live in England, and are currently on an NHS repeat prescription, you are eligible to use the Rowlands Pharmacy app to order and manage your medication. Repeat prescriptions are currently unavailable in Scotland or Wales.
If you’re under 16, your medication can still be managed via the app, but you will need to be linked to someone’s account who is over 16, and only collection is available, so that a minor's medication can be discussed with a pharmacist if needed.
Absolutely nothing! The Rowlands Pharmacy app and website are completely free to use for everyone.
Unless you pay for your medication, you won’t need to make a single payment through the entirety of the ordering process. We even offer free delivery to patients across England.
If you are in England and your local pharmacy is a Rowlands Pharmacy, then you will be able to order and manage your medication via the app.
We give you the choice to collect your mediation or have it delivered to your door for free. All pharmacies have a refrigerator where they store certain medications. We recommend that you collect medication that needs to be kept refrigerated from your local pharmacy.
Rowlands Pharmacy uses your NHS login to access your health records and is securely connected to 99.5% of GPs across England. So you can be assured that your personal information is kept private between you, your GP, pharmacist, and yourself.

Process
By permanently deleting your account, you'll no longer be able to order your medication through the Rowlands Pharmacy app.
Your request to delete your account will be passed to our Data Protection Team, who'll respond to your request as soon as possible and in any case within a calendar month of receiving the request.
To comply with our legal obligations, the records we hold relating to NHS patients are retained in line with the guidelines set by the NHS.
Hey Pharmacist was recently renamed and redesigned to the Rowlands Pharmacy app to improve branding and clarity. The way the app functions has remained the same, and no action is required from our customers. Your ordering process and app experience will stay the same. Medication deliveries will continue through Rowlands Pharmacy Online, and in-pharmacy collections remain unchanged.
