Whilst we think there’s nothing to be embarrassed about we understand that some conditions are more sensitive than others and you may not want to discuss these at the pharmacy counter with other customers able to overhear.
With this in mind we’ve launched a trial of click and collect on the below conditions so you can easily access the medication you need without the embarrassment.

Click and collect is a service that allows you to place an order online and have it delivered to a Rowlands Pharmacy of your choice.
Click and collect at Rowlands Pharmacy is completely free.
Click and collect offers you a discreet, professional service to access medication for sensitive conditions that you may not want to discuss in store.

Delivery takes approximately 4-5 working days, we will contact you when your order is ready for collection.
We will contact you to let you know when your order is ready for collection. Your dispatch email will contain details of your nominated pharmacy's opening hours.
You'll need to bring your acknowledgement email, dispatch email or your order number with you, along with some form of identification, which could be a driving license, passport or bank card with your name on it.
